 Will of Susanna STRANGE of Walpole 1742
wife of John of Harleston, Norfolk.

In the name of God Amen. I Susanna Strange of Walpole in the County of Suffolk widow being of sound and disposing memory and understanding praised be God for the same and calling to remembrance the certainty of death and the uncertainty of this time thereof do this Ninth Day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty and two make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and forme following.

First I give and bequeath unto Sarah Ebbs of Bramfield widow the late wife of Samuel Ebbs my son deceased the sume of five pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid unto her by my executor herein after named within one year next after my decease.

Item I do constitute nominae make and ordain John Ebbs of Wrentham in the said County my son sole executor of this my last will and testament and do give unto him all my ready money securityes for money and moveables and all other my personal estate of what nature or kind so ever for and towards the paying my debts lecacy funeral charges and the probate of this my last will and when these and all other charges relating to the execution of this my will be fully satisfied then I give and bequeath all the remaining ? of my personal estate whatsoever to be equally parted between John Ebbs and Thomas Ebbs my two sons share and share alike. In witness whereof to this my last will and testament I have hereunto set my hand and seale the day and year first above written.
